Casabella Mop - Retract & Compact

The idea behind this mop was to allow the user to use their entire upper body weight to compact the water out of the mop strings like a piston. The user pulls the mop handle up, drawing the strings inside the perforated chamber and then pressed down on the handle crushing the mop strings flat with the interior push rod and forcing the water out of the holes. There is a rubber gasket on the bottom flared edge which prevents water from leaking out the bottom when the user is pressing down on the mop handle and also to provide a non-slip grip at the same time. Most mops require a lot of work to ring out the water and after a while the user gets tired. This new mop makes the wring-out process a lot easier.
