9mm Case Feeder for Dillon 550 press. Work in progress... Inspired by Booby S. (youtube) Case feeder pour presse Dillon 550. Projet en cours... April, 19th 2020 : I published the files made with solidworks 2018 in a zip.You will be able to adapt the system to other calibers, and improve the design. I published a demonstration video made during the first trial. The system works, but is not perfect: The lateral guide must be modified to allow the primer insertion movement. There is a diameter error on the upper flange. The supply tube is a 14mm diameter copper pipe. A transparent plastic tube would be much better. Le tube d'alimentation est un tuyau de cuivre de 14mm de diamètre. Un tube transparent en plastique serait nettement mieux. Révision : le guide latéral a été modifié, le fonctionnement est désormais correct pour l'insertion des amorces. Edit : J'ai changé la forme du poussoir, Il y a une nervure au dessus pour limiter les frictions. et ajouté un écrou noyé. La bride haute a été corrigée. La rainure du corps principal a été élargie. Révision : I changed the shape of the plunger, there's a rib on top to limit friction and added a countersunk nut.The high flange has been fixed. The main body groove has been widened. It works very well.
