Simple case the Adafruit's Bluefruit LE Sniffer. Two different lids are included, one with "BLE Sniffer" lettering and one that's plain. I used 4 2-56 x 1/4" or 3/8" machine screws to hold the case together. The board is a pretty tight fit to keep it from moving around in the case. The status leds, button and switch are all accessible through cutouts in the case. I'll release the source once I clean it up, it's pretty ugly at the moment.
