Case for Apple TV Remote (4th Generation)

This case covers the sides and back of the 4th generation Apple TV remote. It is meant to be printed in an elastic material—I used Taulman PCTPE, but NinjaFlex, SemiFlex, or similar TPE/TPU materials should also work. You will need to specify support to get the openings for charging and IR to print well. I used 25% support, 45° maximum overhang, with 0.25 mm horizontal and 1 layer vertical separation from the print. Print Settings Printer Brand: Ultimaker Printer: Ultimaker 2 Rafts: No Supports: Yes Resolution: 0.1 mm Infill: 100% Notes: To print in Taulman PCTPE, I used a Zebra plate (http://www.printinz.com/zebra-plates/) with glue stick heated to 40°C, an 0.6 mm nozzle heated to 250°C (my UM2 is fitted with an Olsson block and BondTech QR extruder, http://www.bondtech.se/). The case was printed at 0.1 mm layer height and 0.38 mm line width, with 2 outlines and 100% infill. I oriented the part so that the first layer followed the long axis. Retraction = 6 mm, wipe = 3 mm, no coasting. How I Designed This Thanks to ScottCher The part was inspired by ScottCher's "AppleTV 4th Gen Remote Case" (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1121066), but drawn from scratch in 123d Design. I added the Apple logo cutout and the 0.5 mm lip at the top to secure the case on the remote.
