Case for DAI SD DOS

I made a case design for the DAI SD DOS designed by "Pit-le-rouge". You can find more information on the SD DOS solution here: https://github.com/pit-le-rouge/DAI-SD-DOS I designed the case based on the design of an INDATA DAI 640K dual floppy drive (you can see the 640K drive in the background on the pictures). The case consists of 3 parts: a black front, black rear and white body. When assembling the parts can be screwed together with 4x 20mm M2.5 (I got them in Brico www.brico.be) WARNING (important, please read): It is advised that you use the DC connector on the SD DOS board to power the SD DOS solution. It requires a voltage of 7-12V (positive centre). If you use a micro USB cable directly on the Arduino Mega2560 Pro Mini, there is a chance that the connector is pushed too hard by the case and breaks the micro USB connector on your Arduino board. So please double check everything before using the USB cable option. Tip: If you want to use a micro USB cable to power the SD DOS, then it's a good idea to connect the USB power cable before sliding the PCB in the body, because it will be more difficult later. Please make sure you also read the risks of using a USB cable above. Steps (see the "Post-Printing" pictures below): - The 3 body parts, screws and SD DOS PCB - Remove the feet and the zip tie that holds the SD connector - Slide the front on the PCB - Slide the PCB and front in the body - Turn around and use 2 screws to fix the front in place - Slide on the read part - Again use 2 screws to fix the rear in place - Ready to use, ENJOY!
