Case for GPS module of the series LS20031 (url: http://www.sparkfun.com/products/8975) with a hole on the top for the antenna (the metal dot). Instructions I would print the bottom and the top on a seperate print job to minimize stringing. The example pictures show a print with PLA on ~230ºC with Netfabb with Ultra:Ultra settings. Do not sand or cut away any stringing or ooze on the edges yet. Wait for the two parts to finish, then check how closely it fits. If it does not, sand or cut away until the two parts fit tightly togehter. You could also glue a bit of soft/stretchy material on the button as a cushion to extra fit the GPS unit in the case. Modify the model for your needs, you could add some holes on the sides for mounting the case with screws on something else.
