Are you also tired of guessing which side of the USB stick has to go which way into the printer? Here is the solution: a housing for you default PrusaMini USB flash drive.

The fun thing is, you might test some new technics: printing with 2 different materials and inserting parts while printing. The 3mf files should be ready to go and will contain color change breakpoints as well as the halting-point for inserting the flash drive.

There are 3 different variants:

usb-case-2color.3mf is the recommended (savest) version
Tested - will work.

with-top-ATTENTION-will-crash-nozzle-into-usb.3mf (maker) version
The back side of the flash drive is also covered, which makes the print enclose the flash drive better.
Tested - will work, but will slightly crash the nozzle on 3-4 layers into already placed flash-drive. Had no problem on my printer afterwards, but you should be aware of this!

usb-case-standing.3mf is an untested variant. Will only be printed in one color.
Should be printing fine - let me know in the comments if it worked. I run out of flash-drives before i could test :)

How i printed:

Although the 3mf files are using 0.4mm nozzle i printed with 0.6mm nozzle. Which worked with no problems. If you print with 0.4mm nozzle let me know if you had problems.

I used PETG - but PLA should work fine. Maybe use a Brim to make sure it is attached properly on the print-surface.

In the 3mf files there are print stops to insert the usb-device in print, and print stops for changing filament at the bottom and the top of the print.

Before inserting the USB flash drive i use some glue-stick on the top and bottom of the drive to get better adhesion of the printed filament.

After color changes: make sure no remaining strain of filament is above the printed piece, to get a clean print.

Use a cutter-knife to clean remaining hard edges after print.

I customized my prints with characters of my choice :)
If you want to customize too, you may use the stl files in the program of you choice (i guess thinkercad will be a good choice to keep it simple). You might also use the blend-file if you are familiar with blender.
