The box design and construction can be found at http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:8935, specifically intended for Ramps 1.4. It has been customized to accommodate a 40x40mm electric fan. On the front side, there are two holders for push-button cut-outs that allow manual control of the hand fan and lighting. The base is designed for attachment using either a 5/16" or M8 threaded rod. You can print it out in PLA or ABS material.
