Case for the RD DPH3205 switching mode power supply module (available here) or their other similarly sized modules e.g. DPS5015. The useless feet that come with the board have been replaced with 10mm nylon spacers and nuts. Binding posts are from Hobbyking, input is XT60 held by tight fit.
