This Smart LCD Controller XXL boasts a large display, making it ideal for observing printer operations from afar – even with a webcam. As seen on my first enclosure design, I recommend printing the parts in different colors to avoid a cluttered appearance; I opted for black and green. To showcase alternative color options, I created photoshop variations. To securely attach the controller board to the bottom part of this enclosure, place distance cylinders between the boards and use screws M2 x 10 or tapping screws 2.2 x 10 (no tapping is needed). The top part does not have room for hexagonal pockets; instead, simply screw in M3 x 16 screws. Don't forget to assemble the distance cylinders to protect the displays' PCB!
