Designed to be printed in one piece out of flexible PLA. The buttons work, but they are a bit stiff. Filament used: http://www.formfutura.com/3d-printing/filaments/eco-flexible-pla-1.75mm-3mm/black.html Update: 2013-10-05 Added the requested Rhino 5 file. I was not completely sure about what scaling i used in the .stl, so there can be a differance between the .3dm and .stl file up to maximum 0.1 mm or so. Instructions The case is about 1.7mm, thick, I printed it with extrusion width of 0.4 mm and 0.2 mm layer thickness. The support material was not so easy to remove, due to the great layer bonding of Flex PLA. The hole for the mic might not be perfectly located, so you might want to carve it up a bit, but im not sure, I had some warping problems during the print.
