Case for Step Down Module (B3603)

I remixed a case for my B3603 step down/regulator, just like the one available on eBay at http://www.ebay.com/itm/252121912140 . I added vents to help dissipate heat because the module gets extremely hot when it's driven above 1.75 amps. I also modified the case to use banana plugs for the output and a barrel connector for input, as that's what I had on hand. Since all I had was a PCB barrel connector, I designed a small mountable PCB to fit it (the eagle file is attached). To improve ergonomics, I added a kickstand. The lid fits snugly in place due to friction, and the screws used are 3mm. Fine pitch screws work well for this purpose. Print Settings: Printer: MendelMax 1.5 Rafts: Doesn't matter. Supports: No. Resolution: Case - PLA .2 Lid ABS .15 Infill: 20% I printed the case in PLA, but I used ABS for the lid since it's right above a heat sink. For the buttons, I used 3mm filament and cut it to length, inserted it into the holes, then heated each end to "mushroom" them, allowing me to retain them. This remix is based on http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:965585 by ramminger (Ulrich).
