Case for Step Down Module (B3603)

Here are some mods to make this Case more user-friendly. You can replicate this product by searching for it on ebay: https://www.ebay.com/itm/171927530770. I enhanced this regulator case with vents, as it becomes quite hot when powered at 1.75 amps or above. For the outputs, I fitted banana plugs instead of regular sockets to ensure safer connections. I added a barrel connector to serve as input from any PCBA. Since I had only a standard PCB connection available, I made my own tiny PCB to attach the connector securely and firmly. Also, I installed a kickstand for ergonomic handling and comfort when operating. The lid can be detached by just pressing it, no need for tools. All 8 screws in this case have the 3mm type which makes it easier to print on any material. I printed my version of this box using an MM1.5 as my printer. For the best results use: raft printing is not necessary (though may provide a smooth print), no supports are needed due to good orientation, Resolution set to .2 for most areas, and Lid .15mm due its heat-exposing location. When I printed this product with an Infill percentage of 20%, it turned out quite light-weight and easy to hold while printing.
