Case with support for 7 inch capacitive touch screen (SKU:101-40-192 | UPC:6959011562004). This screen connects via HDMI and has an USB connection for power and touchscreen functionality. It attaches using bolts and nuts (2 x M3-30mm, 4x M3-16mm, 1x M4-40mm, 6 x M3 nuts, 1 x M4 nut). Additionally, it uses a 15x15 mm alu square profile for the arm that attaches to the wall. You have the FreeCAD source. Use FreeCAD v 0.17 (it uses Part Design NEXT). WARNING: My printed version was 1 mm too short and I had to rework the PCB (increase the holes to 5 mm). I have fixed this in FreeCAD. However, that also indicates that this version is untested. If you make one, feel free to leave in the comments if it fits well or not. Post-Printing If PCB holes do not align Drill the holes of the touchscreen PCB to 5 mm. About this PCB, you might consider changing the resistors that regulate the intensity to 2 resistors of 20 ohms, as the stock ones (1 ohm in parallel with 2 ohms) are too bright.
