I don't have the rubbery filament, so I used PLA. I took the original design for a DW5600 and Modified it for my Casio Tough Solar aq-s810w. It has a good tight fit. You can sand/trim it if it's too tight. The inner width is 18mm. The hole for straps is 22mm. I printed it with supports that touch the build plate. When you build with supports in the spring bar hole, it gets tricky to clear them out.
