<p>I asked both Cast Print Latvia and US based rapid prototyper to make a wedge file for me. Both designers made wedges that I included below. Both are equally good and I can't tell them apart.&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Cast wedges are used to fulcrum a cast and straighten a bone. This is done with orthopedic surgeons are not able to fixate a fracture with pins and plates. Often in conflict zones, surgeons have too many people to help at once.&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>These wedges can be easily resized to be used on younger children.
