Casting Corner Frames

Casting Corner Frames

thingiverse

These are Corner Frames with dimensions fitting standard 2x3, 2x4, and 2x6 lumber. The side holes are for 1/4 inch bolts. I've placed spaces in the vertical shafts in each corner frame for 1/4 inch square nuts I got at Lowe's. These are to be placed when the print pauses then restart print and they are sealed in place. These are to allow stacking/bolting Cope and Drag together in casting. I used PRUSA's 3D Color Print app to set the stop positions/color change stops. The measurements for these stops can be determined in Slicer prior to sending G-code to 3D color app. I've already done the 2x3s so these stop positions are at 12.35 mm and 56.75mm the others you'll have to figure out and I will update this post when I do them in future. Also have included STEP and Parasolid files from my Onshape account for those wishing to customize further. Enjoy!
