Inspired by jpod's great holder but rebuilt from scratch. The problematic T-joiners have been replaced with separate pegs. The pegs come in a range of tolerances to suit your particular printer. Print one, try it then print a bigger or smaller one based on your results. There are textured and untextured versions. I printed the textured ones at 0.25mm, they might look better at a lower layer height. There is a sleeved version for to suit sleeves 45mm wide, 68mm long. I have not tested it.
