The Cat Eye operates at high voltage. To prevent damage to your line-out, I would recommend: - Use an SPDIF to RCA converter. - The SPDIF to RCA converter is powered via USB. Use a wall charger to power it and do not power it via the TV or other equipment USB port to prevent damage.
