Firstly I would suggest you print "CatFlapSq" at 105%. The pins are just a bit too short to stay in the holes reliably. This print need some intervention. You need to print "CatFlapSq" and "Support V2" before you print "CatFrontSq". When "CatFrontSq" gets to 14.4mm you should insert "Support" into the print, in the centre of the middle square. Then when the print gets to 17.2mm you can insert "CatFlapSq" into the print. So you place it on top of "Support" so that the pins are inside the holes. The print will close the holes over the pins and you will have a complete CatFrontSq.
