As even the fixed version of the original design wasn't able to slice in PrusaSlicer, I fixed it manually in Meshmixer. Now it should be fine and easy to print. I also added a thin version, where the solid base is 0.6mm instead of 1.2mm. This way, your base colour will be much more translucend.
