I've always enjoyed watching wind spinners. I liked the idea of "Turbo" mouse running from a cat. I tried moving the support rod up-wind of the propeller. It should make the weathervane track the wind faster, but I don't know if the lop-sided weight will cause issues. This is a remix of my Turtle Wind Spinner ( https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4598566 ). I had nice short Amazon links here of the parts I used, but Thingiverse edited my summary and changed all the links so they could make money off of them.
