Nach einer Idee von Gregor hier mein finales Design für einen Fahrrad Handyhalter passend zum CAT S62 pro. Die Halterung ist nun so konstruiert das ein CAT S62 mit einer Silikonschutzhülle (TPU Cover) in die Halterung passt und an eine Standard Lenkstange mit 22mm Durchmesser geklemmt werden kann. Bitte beachtet: Ohne Silikonhülle würde das Handy in der Halteschalle umherfallen. Passende Silikonhüllen gibt es um Schmales Geld beim freundlichen Versandhändler mit Smiley auf den Päckchen. Anders als beim Vorgängerdesign brauchen die Teile nicht mehr zusammengeklebt zu werden, es werden nun 2 Senkschrauben M5x35 und 2 Stoppmuttern M5 benötigt. Damit werden die Teile Zusammengehalten und an den Lenker geklemmt. Damit das ganze nicht verrutscht wird noch ein Gummistreifen 65mm * 25 mm benötigt, dieser sollte ca 1-1,5mm dick sein. (z.B. ein Stück Fahrradschlauch, wenn nötig doppelt nehmen) Halter ist mit 50 % Infill gedruckt, Klemmteile mit 100% Infill. English Description: Based on an idea from Gregor, here is my final design for a bicycle mobile phone holder suitable for the CAT S62 pro.
