Catan Explorers & Pirates Lasercut Board and Pieces

This is a lasercut file for the Settlers of Catan Explorers & Pirates Expansion. -I have uploaded the file in Rhino 5 (.3dm), Illustrator (.ai), and CAD (.dxf) files. I designed and modified this in Rhino and if you want to edit it in that program you can download a free trial from their website. I have exported it as Illustrator and CAD if that's easier for you also. -If you need a copy of the rules, they are available on the catan website or included with your copy of the game. A few things to note: ________________ -The ships, harbor settlements, and pirate ships come in 2 parts which I call the base piece and the set piece. You have to stick in and glue to the set piece to the base piece and these are designed to be cut out of 1/8” thick wood. -Other things like the building cost and victory point cards are meant to be cut out of 1/8” thick wood. -The board pieces can be cut out of 1/4” thick wood if you want but 1/8” thick is probably more than enough. Just make sure to stick with what thickness you choose if you want to cut some or all of the expansions/extensions as well. This is to ensure that your board will be an even thickness. -All black lines are meant to be cut and red lines are meant to be etched (They don't show this way in the image but they do in the .3dm, .ai, and .dxf files). -This expansion has new types of production number tokens meant to be used with the unexplored areas. Regular production hexes will have a pile for each area, fish shoal hexes will have a pile for each, the pirate lairs will have a pile for each, and spice hexes will have a pile for each. If you discover one of these types of hexes take a number token for that type of hex from its pile. -The board has been designed to be modular more similar to Seafarers rather than the large cardboard pieces from Explorers & Pirates.
