I found that printing the box black and the bottoms of the pieces white made them stand out, so everyone can see them. When someone rolls a 7, everyone tilts their holder forward so they slide into position. The person choosing who to pull a resource from can see how much everyone has. On top there is a score keeper. Move the white marker along as you gain more points. When you get the Longest Road or Largest Army, you are given the +2 marker that corresponds to it.
