Catan storage hexes for v2.0 board

These are new storage covers for the tile pieces from Dakanzla's v2.0 Catan board. (link below). The bottoms are sized so that they fit on the base_landscapes hex with minimal movement, and have a raised edge at the top to fit inside a base_landsapes hex stacked on top of it. Each is sized to be as short as possible for each terrain type. The harbor cover has a cutout on the inside to accommodate the warehouse being right at the edge of the terrain tile. Also, I'm constantly forgetting the proper storage arrangement, so I whipped up the the storage key. The idea is that it will fit on the bottom of the stack, flat/word side down (rotate 180 about X or Y before printing). 2019-02-21: Added a hex for gold, for the gold tile for the seaferers expansion.
