Catch Fence for Ninco 10220 Safety Wall

This is a replacement catch fence for the Ninco 1/32 track Safety Wall & Catch Fence product number 10220. It's a popular accessory, but the fence can often be lost or damaged and need replacement. There are two versions of this model. - Fence.stl is the fence with the grid modeled in. Depending on your slicer this might be the only way you can print it, but it might also be VERY inefficient to print. Some slicers may print every square of the grid individually rather than as lines that cross each other. I've done what I can to reduce this tendency, but that's why I made the second option... - Fence_P1.stl and Fence_P2.stl is a two part model where the fence frame and posts (P1) are one part, while the chain link (P2) is modeled as a solid block. By setting this part of the model to have NO (zero) top and bottom layers, with a grid infill at about 35% volume, you end up with a pretty nice fence grid that should print fairly quickly. You can also change the infill angle so that it prints squares or diamonds, or any infill shape you have available for that matter. Honeycomb? Triangles? Have fun with it! - Fence.3mf is a Prusa Slicer 3MF file that contains the two part option with settings already configured. Check your settings to see if any need to be changed for your printer, or review the settings I used and apply them to your preferred profiles, then slice and print! It's set up for how I print PLA on my genuine Prusa i3 Mk3 with smooth PEI sheet. I will post photos of my prints soon.
