I got a used CatGenie for cheap, but it had some broken parts. Rather than pay for all the parts, I modeled some. The impeller was fun to design but a pain to print. I ended up splitting it into two parts and gluing it with UV glue. I also used UV glue to get it to stick to the shaft. The bumper wheel was much easier.
