Remix from https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3331560 Note: The pictures show some name markings I added (which I do on all my diving accessory prints) but the STLs attached here are plain and do not have my name or dive logo on it. Loved the reel design from killrob but wanted a few things done differently. I have made the following changes: - Removed the WIP elements which killrob hadn't finished (holes in disk and hole in handle) - Made the reel knob spin for better reeling (original fixed knob can be found on killrobs design) - Combined the inside disk and middle to print better as no screws or supports needed - Made the reel wider on both the middle part and the handle feed (4cm middle width vs. the original 3.2cm (I think)) - fits more line - Redesigned the entire handle from scratch to be much slimmer (original hand is a little big for the reel size and my hands and I have large hands!) - recommend wet/dry sanding after to remove sharper edges - Flattened both ends of the ball to make printing easier For my design you need the following metal bits (all stainless steel for water corrosion resistance): 3x 4x20mm Torx screws for wood 1x M6 x 30mm Countersunk screw 1x M8 x 30mm Hexagon socket screw 1x M6 knurled head screw 1x M6 Nut, nyloc/selfsecuring 1x M8 Nut nyloc/selfsecuring 1x M6 Nut I recommend drilling out the reel holes with a 3.5mm drill bit once printed otherwise you may split the reel when screwing in the screws
