Chances are good that if you own a cayenne made between 2003 and 2010 that the seat backs have fallen off at some time, or several times... These are beefed up mounts with a larger gluing area and should hold in place better. All three should be printed on their sides but supports are needed for the lower seat hangers. The top mounts should be printed with the opening for the spring clip up. Don't print in PLA, they won't hold up in the heat. The original parts were ABS which will hold up in the temperatures but given how badly the stock parts held to glue I had no interest in trying that. I used carbon fiber filled polycarbonate which has a nice matte finish that seems to give plenty of binding texture for the glue. Remember to clean the previous glue off the seat and wipe the surface with acetone. I ended up going down to bare fiberboard with a sharp knife and then roughing the surface with 36 grit sandpaper. Glue the hangers on first and clamp them in place as the glue sets. Once those are set the covers can be placed on the seat and glued to the top mounts. The mounts should have the metal spring clips inserted in them and should be placed in the top bracket on the seat. Give them a generous coating of glue and then press the seat back in place. It can be held in place either with the rear seat folded forward or with a ratchet strap around the seat with a block of wood to focus pressure against the mounts. Glues that are worth considering are long set epoxy, gorilla glue and GE silicon clear caulk. My preference is 30 minute epoxy but your milage may vary.
