Work In Progress : Want to print PVC ID cards on my Epson printer (XP 830) but all the trays available online don't cover this model. The printer has a tray for CD/DVD printing so this is a test to see if I can produce a cd insert that takes the card for printing. I will have to cut the original tray, but these are cheap to replace and I never print CDs. Will update with pictures and instructions if the plan works! V1 Had no centre and was just a test of the idea. No STL. v2 Has a centre for the PVC card with a hole to be able to push the card out after printing. V3 Has a centre that is shallower to allow the PVC card to sit flush. This is based on a PVC card thickness of 0.8-0.85mm.
