Ceiling Light Cover / Ceiling Lamp Globe

This is a printable ceiling light / ceiling lamp enclosure globe with discrete vent holes designed for LED bulbs. I was inspired to create this after breaking a glass one while cleaning, and I decided to step up the game by using my plot_function library ( https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2391851 ) to create a nice swirling ripple pattern. Then I decided I would put vent holes partially hidden at the top since all of the LED bulb manufacturers seem to request that the bulbs are not fully enclosed. The vent holes ended up contributing to the aesthetic with a nice projected pattern on the ceiling. I highly recommend using a clear translucent filament for this purpose. I used Taulman T-Glase, which came out just a little clouded as desired, but there appear to be several other good options that would probably work. The provided stl file is for a base diameter of 152mm (6 inches). To adjust this to a fixture of a different size, first measure the base and adjust base_diameter accordingly, and then if necessary adjusting globe_height and globe_diameter so that they still produce a pleasing shape for your given base diameter. The variable globe_height will also be important in determining if the bulb(s) fit adequately inside, although the exact required value depends on where the bulbs are positioned in the fixture.
