A 3 way tilt swivel ceiling light, should go together perfectly, if the ceiling isnt flat you might want to pack the mounting plate out with some paper or the swivel movements on some of the heads will be loose. I would also work the screws in and out of the mounting plate a few times before putting it up, they can be a bit tight to start with. It is designed for MR16 GU5.3 socket bulb holders, like these : https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B01IJO38MU Use LED bulbs, preferably low voltage, but as long as they don't put too much heat out you will be fine.
