Round LED panels are inexpensive on Ebay, but are designed for mounting recessed in a ceiling. This model provides a small socket for the lights to mount in, making them much easier to mount on an existing surface with permanent tape or screws. I am happy to make modifications to this to suit your purpose- just let me know!
