I was going to make an off-axis solar filter, but I'm still looking for a glass filter. So why not make a Bahtinov filter that fits like the normal lens cap. I deleted the first file, because I was off on the calculation. The version 2 has a pattern width of 5.6mm @ 20 degrees. Bahtinov factor 175. The Celestron Nexstar 8SE has a focal length of 2032mm and an aperture of 203mm. The obstruction of the secondary mirror is 70mm.
