Celestron AVX Counterbalance to Olympic Adapter

You will need a vice and large wrench or some sort of clamp to drive it together the first time. Part started out as an M42 bolt and nut that I adapted to hold an Olympic weight plate. Much cheaper than the Celestron weights. Use a 1/4-20 tap for the side hole. I used a small piece of rubber in the hole and a thumb screw to push it through. You need something rubbery to make it grip the bar.
