Cell membrane consists of models of phospholipids, channels, glycoproteins and cholesterols. I used the renderer VRay. So material are VRay too. But all textures in them are 3ds max standart procedural. Phospholipids are lowpoly with turbosmooth modifier. Without turbosmooth it has 268334 polygons. You can tile this fragment of membrane as you want.
