I imported the meshes into Fusion 360 and worked out the design until it matched. I ran the STL files through Netfabb Basic to ensure there are no errors.</p> <p>To tweak this thing, I would probably thin it a little, shorten the retaining lip and add more fillets. Since I'm an Android user, I would modify the charger mount to fit another charger. It's pretty cool as-is, tho.</p> <p>Here is the F3D file for your Fusion 360 experimentation. Please post your derivatives as remixes of Jack's design. Pictures would be a treat!</p>
