I sourced the lamp base from Thingiverse at http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:27123 and the image from Scrapbook USA's website, specifically http://www.scrapbookusaca.com/graphics/00000001/HTXDAH47.jpg.\nUsing GIMP, a free photo editor, I removed the center image of the circle, converted that circle to vectors with Inkscape, then subtracted it from the lamp base in OpenSCAD.
