This is a simple center insulator for wire antennas (e.g. dipole). Window line (e.g. Wireman 552-16 AWG 450ohm Stranded Window Line) snakes through the slots at the bottom, which provides strain relief. Wire snakes through the holes across the top. There are various holes for attaching zip ties and support ropes.
