Center Monitor Webcam Support

I wanted a webcam mount at nearly eye level that had minimal monitor intrusion. Initially I set out to print this in its entirety. The first two revisions lacked sufficient Z support for my Logitech Brio webcam. Heavily inspired by the Plexicam I decided to print the monitor hook and webcam shelf. My monitor top is ~1.4" deep, and the hook is 1.4" tall (in the stl). The monitor hook and shelf are parameterized models, but I made alterations before printing them (stls and F3d attached).
