Centrifugal blower fan

Centrifugal blower fan

Centrifugal blower fan that I designed. It's made to mount a 775 motor. I can't guarantee I'll have time to help anyone make adjustments for different motors, etc., so i've included my Fusion360 file as well. The motor I am using for it can be found on Amazon: (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01L6EKGGQ/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o03_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1) I've included clockwise and counter-clockwise housing models (denoted by cw and ccw, respectively). The bottoms should be fine to print without supports, but the tops could benefit from it, if you want the overhangs where the bolts go in to come out clean. The holes for the housing bottoms are sized for M3 threaded inserts. I also have a hole for an M5 bolt/nut to hold it together, but the M3 bolts with threaded inserts seem to do the job fine (i don't remember what length they were... they were random extras i had laying around). I also modeled a small trough that I was going to print out a TPU gasket to help keep it sealed, but it's working fine without it... so if i decide to do that, I'll throw that up here too. All the impeller stl files are modeled for ccw, but you can just mirror them if you want a cw version. I've also included a few different impeller designs: V1 was for a different motor, so requires minor adjustments (again, i included my file). V2 was an experiment and put out an acceptable amount of air for what I made it for... V3 is what I'm using now and will be for the foreseeable future (until i get time to play around more). you can see a video of it keeping a nerf bullet (ball kind) suspended in air here: https://www.instagram.com/p/B32WiQ9HBPh/ I printed it on both my delta printer and my corexy, and it came out well on both. I made this as a part cooling fan for my 3D printers, and so the nozzle fits nicely in a CPAP hose I picked up. I'll post the shrouds when I get a chance and put a link to them here.
