centrifugal cup carrier

Inspired by a [reddit post](https://www.reddit.com/r/3Dprinting/comments/kt3qe7/this_has_to_be_pretty_easy_to_design_and_recreate/), quickly created in FreeCAD just to see if I could. Allows you to carry a standard tea/coffee cup around without spilling it. I made it in two parts so the arm can be printed sideways for the strongest layer direction. I didn't do a whole lot of thought on screw length to attach it. Should be able to use two 2-3mm screws. Or could just glue it together. I've attached the FreeCAD file as well, but keep in mind if you want to modify this, I didn't make it parametric, so you'll have to manually adjust everything.
