Centrifugal fan duct for Vector3 3D Printer

Centrifugal fan duct for Vector3 3D Printer

thingiverse

I designed this fan shroud for the Vector3 3D Printer from Eaglemoss to replace the wimpy fans supplied with the magazine. Everything should print with zero supports or supports touching buildplate only. The fan was from Amazon, it's the 24V 50mm centrifugal fan and 40mm axial fan twin pack by HICTop, other fans may work but I offer no guarantee as the fan duct press fits inside the fan exhaust. The plate and duct press fit together and the duct press fits into the fan exhaust. Secure them together with a nut/bolt through the top fan screw hole and then secure the entire assembly onto the print head with a self tapping screw through the bottom fan screw hole into the bottom right post of the print head.
