The Shatjan warriors of the Adusgee Forest (sometimes spelled Adusgi) in Northern Anchorome protect their flowering homeland from the depredations of the white bearfolk, invading gnolls, and even the orderly Abeil seeking access to the giant honeysuckle vines. However, the Shatjan are also known to roam the lands protecting the herds of deer, moose, bison, and caribou from those who would overhunt the population, often using them as mounts or companions.
