Introducing the cESPER, a carbine length ESPER. Features: *The cESPER has an overall length of 650mm to the front of the muzzle. The pictured blaster has a 400mm (16") barrel bringing the total length to 800mm. *****************Easily prime over 200fps!************** *Pump grip that fits to the standard caliburn priming bars. *Standard Caliburn rear end or the adjustable stock. *Caliburn thumbhole stock or other cosmetic stocks *8mm Pull Guide Rail for ease (Note no longer top prime-able) You will need the following hardware for this blaster. 1) 3x 630mm 3/16" or M5 Threaded Rod. 2) 8mm tube: 1x 210mm, 2x 281mm 3) Caliburn prime bars, 1 pair. 4) 7x 3/16" BSW or M5 nuts. 5) 1x 3/16" or M5, 1/4" or 8mm or 10mm length screw (muzzle pinch) 6) 1x self tapping M3, 10mm 7) Hardware as required for caliburn standard stock or adjustable stock. 8) suggest you use spring washers on the threaded rods. Parts labelling: "F" Front "R" Rear "O" Optional Front (Required): barrelrail - front rail, notched for alignment frontmuzzle - front muzzle, notched for alignment pumpgrip - pump grip. Dual M5 sized screw holes for stability. dartjam - notched for rail alignment. This has nut slots for 3/16" BSW if you want to use two pieces of threaded rod. Front: ~230mm (280mm w/ front ext) Rear: ~360mm. If you don't want to print this, shave off the alignment notch on barrelrail AND the original lower rail guide so you don’t crush your fingers when you prime . Rear (Required): endcap - inner endcap with short rail section endloop - outer endloop file with extension for stock pull - plungertube pull with picatinny rail stripped off rearrail - additional section of picatinny rail behind the endcap IMPORTANT: THIS PIECE IS IMPORTANT. IF YOU DON'T PRINT THIS, YOU WILL SLAM THE PULL INTO YOUR FACE AND PINCH YOUR CHEEK. IT HURTS. tcb-cheekrest - modified from EnderSavesTheDay's file - added a screw hole if you need to slide it around. This piece slides over the endcap/rearrail picatinny sections. Optional: muzzle - this is the esper muzzle not the front muzzle. It has nut slots for 3/16" BSW if you want to use two pieces of threaded rod. Front: ~210mm (260mm), Rear: ~410mm barrelrail-extension - this is an additional 49mm of front rail if you want some more length. You will need to extend your threaded rod appropriately ABackButt-flat - this is the Caliburn adjustable stock with the dart guide post cut off. sealedrambase - this is the rambase with material added to stop it leaking Included, but not modified from original files: FrontButt8 - Required for the stock. AButtPlate - curved rear butt AStock3 - adjustable stock plate. Assembly notes: NOTE: FILES ARE NOT ORIENTED FOR PRINTING 1) You will need to drill out and tap the single-hole end to M5, 3/16", #10-24, whatever. 2) The prime grip has a second hole for stability if you wish. Recommended for band loads > 150fps 3) If you don't want to stick extra long threaded rods in, print the optional parts 4) If you want a longer front, you can print the extension bit. Note that this, along with the dartjam, frontrail and the muzzle are all notched. You will also need longer 8mm guide tubes. 5) 8mm tubes are the same that you use for a caliburn/talon claw/etc. Highly suggest you use a metal or carbon tube for the rear guide. The nylon tube is ever so slightly squishy 6) You MUST print the cheekrest, or replace it with something similar. 7) The rear section will accept standard caliburn cosmetic stocks or the thumbhole stock. 8) If you don't want the adjustable stock, you could leave Astock3 out and just bolt Abuttplate to ABackButt-flat 9) You can use either a caliburn or a talon claw ram. Which you choose may depend on your barrel. If you use a MM barrel with the milled dart chamber, suggest you use the talon claw ram. A caliburn ram gives a smoother and stronger prime. 10) You'll probably need a sight riser
