Cessna 170 Model Nose Cowl

This is a nose cowl for the Cessna 170 scale balsa model made by Guillows. I lost the vacuum formed nose cowl that (I imagine) came with it. You can find the actual model here on Amazon. It may print a little rough as the nose leaves the print bed (high slope) but I did not try printing with any support which may help. Still it was good enough for me, the rest of the nose printed great, and fit snugly on the model. Print Settings Printer Brand: RepRap Printer: Purse Mendel i2 Rafts: Doesn't Matter Supports: Doesn't Matter Resolution: .2mm Infill: 100 Notes: I used 0.2 mm layer height and 3 solid layers at the base. Infill was set to 20%, however due to the small volume of space that actually needed filling, I believe my software auto filled it at 100%. Feel free to experiment and leave a comment if you find better print settings. I printed in Hatchbox PLA from Amazon which was much better quality than the stuff I was using before.
