Cessna Parking Brake

Cessna Parking Brake

Here is a simple design of the Cessna-style Parking Brake for your cockpit. With only three 3d printed parts, you have the freedom to scale the whole apparatus to your needs (the switch type and its location are also up to you). The highlight of this design is the actual brake Handle itself. To the best of my skills, this is as close as it gets to the real thing. The central rod is 10mm dia. steel (commonly found on eBay) with a 4mm pin drilled and pressed / threaded / glued in. You'll also need a 10mm grub screw collar, and spring. For the handle attachment, I've found that Two-Part Resin glue works really well with PLA and Steel, therefore I allowed 0.2mm gap in between for the glue fill. The handle needs to be printed with support. rest is up to You really... Thanks, Jay (VR FlightSim)
