Design inspired from @Jena67 with some improvements : - 3 speed selection (~5%; ~50 % and ~110 % according to pictures order) - Specific admission angle for better cooling During the assembly process, I had to drill my 40mm noctua fan with a 6mm drill to let the screws get throught it. I also noticed that for the 110% cooling speed selection, the gate is blocked by the fan so I designed a spacer which I printed in TPU (for vibrations issues) but you can also print it in PLA If you want to print only one part, I have also uploaded a single part with 2 more milimeters of clearance Printing advices: -Print the model with the admission side upwards -Don't forget to use supports for the little gap between the bed and the little selecting part After printing, remove the support carefully with a scalpel or a sharp blade -Calibrate your extruder/filament before printing or you wouldn't be able to move the small part -Also make sure your fan cools down effectively while printing.
