Main tire shape was created using the Mirror modifier and the tread was created using the Mirror, Array, and Curve modifiers. A Shrinkwrap modifier was also used with a vertex group to get a tighter fit to the tire. The rim was created using the Array modifier with an empty controlling the rotation through the Object Offset parameter.
